8 Months Later, Nobre Finally Scores

Besiktas was the winner against Karabükspor in an away game in the 3rd week of Turkish Super League. The “Black Eagle” grabbed 3 points by 4 goals. Mert Nobre, who was not able to score for 8 months, scored 2 and prevented losing the match.

Besiktas had some difficulties in the first half. Especially, Karabükspor striker Emenike “the black diamond” distressed defensive line and he scored suddenly after a mistake of İbrahim Toraman. I think, Besiktas would have serious problems against a tough opponent due to its weakness in defensive line. Despite the performance of Nobre in this match, a striker is still needed. By the way, there was a foul in Nobre’s second goal and Quaresma’s position was not a penalty.
